Tom's Key Company has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Full money back within 45 days from when you receive the package if the product does not work or is otherwise unsatisfactory. If a return is due to a Tom's Key Company error, we will pay the return shipping cost. If for customer convenience or error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Before you send them back, Tom's Key Company is happy to help solve the problem if the key/remote is not programming correctly. Please email help@tomskey.com.com for assistance. If possible, take a video showing as you try to program the key or remote. This will help in troubleshooting.
After returns have been received, money will be refunded to the original card or PayPal account within 14 days.
Tom's Car Key Programmer (TM) Rental Deposit will be refunded within 14 days of receipt by Tom's Key Company.
Free shipping costs are paid by Tom's Key Company. If a customer purchases a higher level shipping service such UPS/FEDEX, USPS Priority, 2nd Day, Express, or similar, this cost is not refundable, even if the product did not work for the customer. This treats all customers fairly by keeping shipping costs for all while allowing those who desire faster shipping to choose whether to pay for it.
